The first in a series of winter workshops on getting to know our local Plant Kingdom and it's medicine. This workshop we'll be journeying with Fennel.

We'll be working in sacred circle, learning how to connect in with the spirit of the plant and dropping into a shamanic journey, opening to the receiving. We'll also have time to journal and to share with each other. This will not only be a journey of getting to know Fennel but also receiving it's medicine in regards to what is happening currently in your life. The less you already know about Fennel the better. (Less chance of the mind getting in the way)

If you want to deepen your receiving with Fennel I suggest water fasting for at least 2 hours prior to arrival.
